Handmade Kids is Australia’s first stop for what’s up and coming in kid’s style, design, craft and innovation. At HMK we love cool, quirky and unique. We love scouring the internet, markets and other resources to find out what our Australian and New Zealand handmade community has come up with this week. Spreading the word so our readers can stay on top of what’s trendy, what’s vintage and what is just outright cool.

Handmade Kids was established in 2008 and has evolved continuously alongside our handmade community. Maryanne is the brains behind the website, along with being a Mumma of two gorgeous kids of her own. With the birth of her first daughter came Maryanne’s love of anything unique and original. Tired of mass produced, commercialised kids clothes Maryanne ventured out, determined to dress her daughter in gorgeous, funky handmade goodness. Surprised at the amount of unknown talent and skill out there, she felt inspired to share her amazing finds and joined the ranks of the Handmade Kids family.
